1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the FireLabs platform, websites (firelabs.tech), software integrations, or communication channels (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
FireLabs delivers an all-in-one AI CRM, autonomous appointment booking, omnichannel messaging inbox, automated review generator, and pipeline acceleration operating system designed for solopreneurs, consultants, creators, and service professionals.
3. Subscription, Free Trials & Billing
- 14-Day Free Trial: Eligible users receive 14 days of unrestricted access to the platform. If you cancel your trial within your account settings prior to day 14, your payment method will not be charged.
- Recurring Billing: Unless canceled, your subscription automatically renews at $249/month on a month-to-month basis.
- Zero Long-Term Lock-In: There are no annual lock-in contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click in your account settings.
- Data Ownership: You retain complete ownership of all customer data, leads, contacts, and assets created within FireLabs.
4. SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms (Carrier Mandate)
By checking the SMS consent box on our scheduling forms or website, you explicitly agree to the following telecommunication terms:
- Program Name: FireLabs Scheduling & Notification Alerts.
- Nature of Messages: You will receive automated appointment confirmations, calendar reminders, live demo walkthrough updates, and customer support communications.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and interactions with our platform.
- Rates: Standard Message and Data Rates May Apply depending on your individual cellular service plan.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel text messaging service at any time. Simply text STOP to any text message from us. After you send "STOP", we will transmit a confirmation SMS verifying unsubscription. You will receive no further SMS messages unless you re-initiate contact.
- Assistance & Help: For assistance, text HELP to any message from us, or contact our customer support team directly at support@firelabs.tech.
- Carrier Disclaimers: Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and regional providers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use FireLabs strictly in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier A2P 10DLC policies. You agree not to send unsolicited bulk communications or distribute harmful content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FireLabs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
